Kim swears by this warming winter porridge recipe. All you need is 6 minutes and 6 ingredients! Full of goodness to get the day started. Super tasty, dairy-free, vegan, low gluten and no fat, great for those on a liver cleanse.
1 x Apple (chopped)
1 x Banana (chopped)
1 scoop x Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup x Water
1/3 Cups x Oats
Throw in a saucepan or bowl and mix together.
Stir on the stovetop or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth combined and creamy. Eat hot or cold.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy that goodness. Use a mason jar or thermos for brekkie on the go!
This recipe is delicious when made in a slow cooker overnight. Save yourself some time and make enough to last the whole week!
